Inter company courses : Accepting some managers within the framework of a specific agreement, for a certification program of an intra-company training course

It is possible to contractualize an agreement to accept several executives (maximum 4 in a same promotion) for a certification intra-company training course.

This agreement enables the company managers to :

• be confronted with other cultures, approaches, practices,
• consider obtaining a diploma which is generally recognized nation-wide.

The program and its practical modalities are however imposed and any arrangements to integrate the constraints of the company ant its managers are unfeasible.

As an example, the Dauphine Executive Education concluded an agreement in the framework of the Executive Education certification promotion of a public company, to integrate 5 postmen in a Master program.

Short-term training courses

These training courses are intended to respond to a precise, limited need.

The University does not intend to develop an abundant offer since this is already the case. However, the Dauphine Executive Education responds to numerous demands from companies which notably wish to involve a specific associate researcher or some members of a research centre for particular themes.

As an example, the Dauphine Executive Education recently developed :

• A logistics course for an administration,
• A three day course in Organizational Sociology for an insurance company,
• A management course for a high-ranking civil servant body.

The courses will take place either on our premises or on those of the company, at due dates agreed on. The detailed contents of the program is jointly decided.

The seminar will be jointly run to contextualise the interventions as far as possible and to draw on authentic practical cases from the company. The company decides on the size and composition of the group it wishes to constitute. 

Courses delivering a certificate

These certification courses have been conceived in answer to a wider need.

A certificate can be delivered attesting the participation in a minimum of a 8-day training, leading to a simple knowledge assessment supposedly acquired during the program.

As an example, Dauphine Executive Education recently established certification courses for managers of wealth management at several major financial companies.

The courses will take place either on our premises or on those of the company, at due dates agreed on. The detailed contents of the program is jointly decided. 

Customised degree courses delivering a University diploma

A University diploma (DU) is a diploma delivered by a French University, unlike national diplomas delivered by ministries. It refers to a level of education (BAC +3 / +4 or +5 in general), the level is determined by those in charge of the course and concern :

• educational objectives followed,
• the complexity of the education provided,
• the profile of the participants (experience, responsabilities, potential, initial education..)

This diploma is jointly constructed between the company and Dauphine Executive Education. The seminars can be jointly run and we encourage the company directors to intervene and provide their insights specifically, at the opening conferences. The obtention of a diploma requires passing a knowledge assessment defined by the Univeristy.

As an example, the Dauphine Executive Education recently established certification courses for managers of wealth management at several major financial companies and in management for high flyers of a major communication group.

VAE – Validation of Acquisitions of Experience

Dauphine Executive Education can also implement a group agreement to engage the VAE – Validation of Acquisitions of Experience for several managers of the same company.

For example, we have set up a VAE project for several dozens of managers of wealth management from a major group, positioning them according to their experience of a Bachelor, Master 1 or Master2.
