Financing a training program

Employee of the private sector

The most important condition to fill in a CIF demand is to be able to justify 2 years of working as an employee, including a year in your present company. You must ask your employer for the contact details of the organism where they paid their CIF contribution (or OPCA). That organism will then send you an application file to fill in.

Freelance worker

If you are a freelance worker, you should first look at what the OPCA you depend on is. This is usually indicated on the call for 4th term Urssaf contributions, in the framework of the annual contribution for continuing education.

Civil servant

The civil servant is free to choose the nature and principle of their training. However, the course must be accredited by the state or the regions for some courses and must be given in France or by a public school of an approved EEC country.
